Built to stay on this iPhone
LocalCanvas is built to keep your work on this iPhone. Prompts, generated images, restored photos, and downloaded models are stored in this app’s private container. Sharing an image is always a step you take.
What never happens
LocalCanvas does not create an account, does not sign you in, and does not upload prompts, photos, or generated images to a LocalCanvas server. Generation and restore run on device.
Ads
LocalCanvas shows Google AdMob ads when you open the app and when you start a generate, unless you have LocalCanvas Premium. Restore does not show an interstitial. Google may collect a device advertising identifier and ad-interaction data to fill those ads. Prompts, photos, and generated images are not sent to AdMob.
Photos
Restore reads a copy of a photo you choose. The original in the Photos library is not overwritten.
Model downloads
Image models are downloaded from public Hugging Face repositories when you install them. Those downloads are model files, not your prompts or photos.
Safety checks
Prompts are filtered on device. Generated images may be screened with Apple’s Sensitive Content Analysis on this device. Blocked images are not saved.
